Praise God everyday! This one thing alone will change your outlook of your day. Praising God is so uplifting and fulfilling! The bible verse of the day is filled with hope and truth of Gods power and sovereignty. When you make a choice to put your worrying, stress and disappointments aside and look at God, that will be your best decision on the day. Today’s verse of the day will give you hope and determination even in the midst of confusion and sadness. We are not in this by ourselves we have an omnipotent all powerful, all knowing and all present God and father that is watching over us at all times.
Bible Verse of The Day -Hope
He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.
Daniel 6:27
God is the Almighty King, all knowing, the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Everything is in his hands including our lives and our loves ones. One of my prayer to God is always peace and understanding of God’s will in my life. God is the all knowing and capable of all things including answering or not answering whatever prayers I come to him with. I know this is true because of the truth of the scriptures and my own journey through.
When God delivered Shadrach, Meschach, and Abednego from the fiery furnace and Daniel from the lions den those are true examples of God working signs and wonders in heaven and in earth. As with the three young men and the fiery furnace, God stopped the natural force of fire from burning the men. Just think about that for moment, this gives me so much peace and joy. It was God’s divine omnipotence and powers controlling the situation. Another show of God’s divine omnipotence and sovereignty would be Daniel in the lions den. God controlled the natural instinct of a lion to kill its prey and did not touch one hair on Daniels head.
When I meditate on the scriptures of those two stories God’s sovereignty is plain and clear. God does signs and wonders in the heavens and on earth that are not according to the laws or science of what we know and understand and are not common to nature.
The Bible Verse of The Day- Hope
We have such a loving father and at the same time a all powerful and capable King that we serve. Nothing happens good or bad without God’s approval. Honestly at times that can be hard to swallow but what helps me is knowing God’s undying love for us and remembering God will never leave us. Even in the test or trail there is something to gain and an opportunity to glorify God.
They’re so many treasures in bible verses. The more you read them and commit them to memory the more wisdom you will have and guidance you will be given. In your prayers ask God to open your eyes and heart that you will understand and share these bible verses boldly. Get a bible journal and write down what God is saying in the verses. This won’t take long I promise. Write down what the key meaning of the verse is or the key words that represent the verse your reading. This will help you to remember the bible verse and when you have more time go back and meditate on it and it’s meaning.
When I look at my own life I can see many signs and wonders that God has done on my journey. When my daughter was a young teenager she started having seizures. For about two years we tried medication after medication, with no success. God finally blessed us and we came across a medication that worked but her neurologist told us the medication wouldn’t totally take away her seizures but we would definitely see a decline in them. Because of prayer and God alone she has not had a seizure in about 13 years. The medication totally controlled them to the point that she has never had a seizure again. I have many examples of God’s grace and power in my life as I am sure you do to.

The Lord Is Coming Soon
As I pray for God’s return I will continue to seek Him. Let us continue to press on to know God and share his saving word. Seek God’s fullness until the day you die or Jesus returns. Spread his word high and low, feel the hearts and minds of our nation with the joy and good news of the Lord. Seek God through the Holy Spirit that is in every believer. Seeking God through the Holy Spirit is simple, read your bible and pray. I learned from to John Piper, we should pray and ask God to give us wisdom and revelation of his word before reading. And because it delights God for us to want to connect with him on a deeper level of course he is going to bless us with what we need to understand and share God’s word with others.
Revelation 17:14
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”
Revelation 17:14 lets us know that no war, Kings, or governments will overcome our Lord Jesus. As we are feeling the time of tribulation and Jesus return getting closer and closer be joyful and don’t fear. We are to be still at work studying his word and doing the work of the Lord. During this time Kings and governments will battle against Jesus and will be destroyed by him when he returns to earth. Jesus is over all kings and his title is on His robe and thighs.(Revelation 19:16) The chosen and faithful will accompany Jesus in this triumphant battle against those who do not believe. “ Jesus has called them to Himself, chosen them out of the world, and enabled them to be faithful.
As we realize in this life only God knows what the next day holds for us, or even the next second. Let us be reminded who our father is, the Almighty God. Take great joy and peace in knowing if you are a believer or trying and want to believe in God, you are chosen. Nothing is by coincidence, God’s plan is the only true plan that will be carried out without any detail going undone. Our identity is in God alone, not our current circumstance or the President. Rest in Christ, read your bible and pray for God’s wisdom and revelation in his word. God Bless!
