A healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be super hard.
It’s so hard to diet or just stay on a healthy eating plan with teens and young adults in the house. My daughter is on the phone right now talking about going to get a juicy burger at 12:00 am at night. I mean are you kidding me right now. Is she trying to kill me right now, the heartburn and gas alone would destroy me for the next 24 hour.I so wish I could have a burger right now. That would be the only reason why I would want to go back to being 19 would only be to eat.
So as we all know, eating healthy is super important at any age. Having a good but simple healthy eating regiment is a must in creating a healthy lifestyle. When I started on my healthy lifestyle journey I knew I needed to increase my vegetable and fruit intake. Which honestly can be a task whether you work outside the home or in the home, having the time to include these essential nutrients in your diet was going to be difficult. But then I started creating smoothies and my problem was solved! Smoothies and my blender is my new best friend.
Smoothies are my favorite weight loss drinks, plus my girls love them as well. It’s an easy way to get non vegetable lovers to improve there diet. They’re delicious, full of healthy nutrients and easy to make. The benefits of creating delicious healthy smoothies are endless! They definitely curve your appetite, while promoting the feeling of fullness and boosting your metabolism which promotes weight loss. Exercising combined with these healthy smoothies can easily get rid of unwanted pounds and most importantly give you energy and make you feel great!
